We would like to thank you for your interest in our Statewide Conference. The KY Constable Association, Inc. continues to effectively strive in improving the Constable image and safety across the Commonwealth. An effective manner in doing such is offering and providing quality training to EVERY Constable. We are preparing to teach and lead Constables and Deputy Constables to the ethical standards and Basic Knowledge they will need in fulfilling the capacity of Constable along with the duties as an elected Peace Officer.
