BACKGROUND Constable Rector was born in Glasgow, Kentucky and raised in Columbia, Kentucky. He is the son of J.C. Rector and the late Helen Faye (Burton) Rector of Columbia; the grandson of the late Dellie (Pendleton) Burton and the late Charlie Burton of Columbia. He is the youngest of two older Brothers Jeff of Louisville, Steve of Lexington and one older Sister Lisa of Lexington. Constable Rector is a full time employee of Adair County Board of Education where he has been employed since 1999 where he served as District Lead Technician and Coordinator of the Student Data Information Systems program but was recently promoted in 2015 to serve as the Network Engineer/Administrator. Constable Rector brings several years of strong leadership experience from every aspect of Emergency Services to the office of the KY Constable Association Training Director. He has a strong interest in training regardless of what aspect of Emergency Services and is an asset to the development of the KY Constable Association Training Division.
