Constable Rector was born in Glasgow, Kentucky and raised in Columbia, Kentucky. He is the son of J.C. Rector and the late Helen Faye (Burton) Rector of Columbia; the grandson of Dellie (Pendleton) Burton and the late Charlie Burton of Columbia. He is the youngest of two older Brothers Jeff of Louisville, Steve of Lexington and one older Sister Lisa of Lexington. Constable Rector is a full time employee of Adair County Board of Education where he has been employed since 1999 as a Technician and Coordinator of the Student Data Information Systems program. Constable Rector brings eight years of strong leadership experience from every aspect of Emergency Services to the office of the Kentucky Constable Association Training Director. He has a strong interest in training regardless of what aspect of Emergency Services and is an asset to the development of the Kentucky Constable Association Training Division.
