Constable CJIS Compliance

All Constables & Deputy Constables with access to LINK data (including inquiry only) shall complete an online Security Awareness Training within the first six months of assignment, which is a federal requirement (mandated January 2015) for anyone with such given access. Each Requester needs to have an email address and submit the below completed form with an applicant finger print card (blue/white) completed in its entirety including prints. The Kentucky Constable Association, Inc. will be a resource/point of contact for the Constables & Deputy Constables in assuring you have the resources (form & fingerprint card(s)) needed in completing this federal mandate to continue uninterrupted access to LINK.  Once you complete the initial CJIS online Security Awareness Training and submit the proper paperwork, you will be required to renew your CJIS Security Awareness Training every two (2) years to maintain the required certification.
